KEEGE, Bettering Laboratory Cincinnati Ohio. Dear Dr. Kehoe Attached is a letter received from Ur. E. Van Brunt, Secretary of the Orange State Oil Company, in further regard to the difficulty which they had in cleaning storage tanks at The man referred to, , was not included in th< ployed at Tampa during the month of December when the two fatalities occurred at Tampa. You will note that Orange State's records indicate this man was employed only from Eovember loth through Eovember 17th and from Eovember 13th through Eovember 26th. It would seem to me that there is not much connection between this Iran's illness and the other cases. i We are asking Don Phipps to investigate what was done at Tampa during the time that ilitchell was employed there. Very truly yours enclosure Costello. Officers D. W. HARRIS, President J. E. FENN, Vice-Pres. &- Gen. Mgr. R. W.
