Here is the street address for the simulator location: The Boeing Company 770114th Ave S Seattle, Washington 98108-3517 This is in a complex of Boeing buildings so I am attaching a map. It's a bit of a confusing campus. The building they want is the 2-122, which is at the top of the D67 box. The catch is the first door they'll see is actually a side door the need to keep driving around the building to get to the front of it on the northeast side, which has a very clear front entrance. The side door is large and feels like maybe it's where you should go but it won't connect to where they need to (and they won't be able to get in). We will have a parking spot reserved for them (and can reserve an additional spot if needed) near the front door. Hi Lori - Here is the Fox News' crew info: Steven Bechtold (b)(6) United States Charles Edward Stewart (b)(6) USA OST-2025-1200 Page 02371 Sierra Club v. Thanks Halee -- we'd be happy to do a call tomorrow but maybe we take care of some of this by email today. First, we're still firming up the parking location for general media but will get that to you before the end of today. In the meantime, can you help me understand some of the following: How many people on the Fox crew? How many cameras? How many vehicles? I'd also like to be sure we all have the same understanding of where Fox will (and will not) be: First arrival is at the simulator for Fox. We can get you parking directions on that within a few hours but having crew and vehicle information would help us make sure we have reserved appropriate parking there. To make sure Fox can capture the Secretary's arrival and the first five minutes in the simulator, we'd want the Fox crew to arrive onsite by about 11 a.m. Then we would get them to the Renton factory to set up while the Secretary has more detailed conversation with our test pilots and executives. At the factory Fox would again be positioned to capture the Secretary's arrival and initial greetings and then accompany on the factory tour (first hour). The following meetings would not have cameras (labor and FAA crew) and we'll host Fox in a separate room and give them the opportunity to capture additional B-roll of the factory. We'd have Fox come back in for the Secretary's opening comments at the senior leadership meeting -- first five minutes or so and then we can escort them out so that more detailed conversation can continue. There would be no cameras in the senior executive meeting that follows. During that time, we'll get Fox situated for the media opp and their 1:1 that follows. Respectfully, we'd also like to request that your video and photo crew only film at the same opportunities. Our camera will only be present at the simulator and tour. Boeing would like to provide the following to FOX, if you are OK One pager fact sheet covering our Renton site, the 737 program and our Safety & Quality Plan Names and title page for Boeing participants at the three sessions they can film in (simulator, tour and senior leader meeting) Standard Boeing B-roll OST-2025-1200 Page 02372 Sierra Club v. Dept. of Transp. - 3:25-cv-06221 SC_EVERSPLIT0028253 For general media we would also provide the one pager (refresher for most of locals) as well as some photos of the factory and the 737 MAX in flight as well as standard B-roll. We also have more details fact sheets and backgrounders if any of that would be helpful to you. Finally, we understand that the only live streaming will be at the media opp but want to be sure that is correct. Hi Lori -- was just getting ready to send hit on an email to you! Do you have the location for the Fox crew to arrive Thursday morning? I am getting the requested information from them now. Can you also send the parking instructions we can send to media upon RSVP? Can we do a touch base call tomorrow? Madison will be on the ground and we plan to have the media advisory out tomorrow morning. Thank you! We want to be clear on expectations and make sure everything is ready. If there isn't time to talk maybe we can send questions by email. OST-2025-1200 Page 02373 Sierra Club v.
