Enesta, I'd like to have something by 4 p.m. today, if possible. However, I am turning in a story at noon Friday.

Hi, Enesta. I'm writing to check on the status of EPA's investigation into Chemours' Fayetteville Works plant in North Carolina. Specifically, I'm curious to know:
1) Has EPA determined whether Chemours has violated the terms of the 2009 consent order issued under the Toxic
Substances Control Act (TSCA) for the production of GenX?
2) Has EPA determined whether there have been any other violations by Chemours?
3) Has EPA updated the risk assessment for GenX?
