As a result of the settlement, Hubbard's widow has executed a release to Orange State Oil Company, Ethyl Gasoline Corporation and any and all other nj^y^b3A^^arising from the death of her husband, Her claim before the Florida Industrial Commission has been withdrawn and a mutual release effected between Orange State Oil Company, Maryland Casualty Company and Ethyl Gasoline Corporation. Mrs. __ at- torney has subscribed his written amorova to the release Of the $4-,000 paid, Mrs. $3,500 and her attorney received Everyone seems to be satisfied with this settlement and relations very friendly between the representatives of the Maryland Casualty, Orange State and Ethyl. While I was in Miami, I made inquiries as to whether or not anything had been heard from any other person^ involved in the tank cleaning. I was told that nothing had been heard and that they did not ex pect ariy other action in this connection.
