Thank you Richard. Let's do it. What time will he need to log on? Assuming he will need to test prior to going live? Who will be the POC for the morning of? We are happy to do Q&A, but he has a hard stop at the 30 min mark. Please begin to wrap up 5 min prior just to ensure the hard stop. How many folks are RSVP' d for his speaking time? Do you have the Moderator yet?

Fantastic.
We use Teams which is like zoom.
Questions will be live, not prescreened but a friendly crowd. We will use a moderator to direct the Q&A since it is remote. We are flexible if you would prefer something different.

Hey! I believe the timing works. Let me make double sure
Would this be done via zoom? How will you conduct Q&A? Live questions or will moderator handle pre screened?

Hope this answers all the questions. Please reach-out if you have others. Our members would love to hear from him virtually.
The idea would be for the Administrator to speak for about 20 minutes, then take a few questions. 30 minutes in all. We were hoping he could start at 9:15 am ET on the 15th.
The agenda for Tuesday is as follows (if the Administrator can join):
Tuesday April 15 8am - 9am Tom Bevin Co-founder and President of Real Clear Politics 9:15 am - 9:45 am US EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin (virtual) 10:00 am -10:30 am Senator Tim Sheehy (R-MT) (virtual) 10:30 am- Noon NMA Board of Directors Meeting
Topic is still:
With your role as both EPA Administrator and a member of the National Energy Dominance Council, our
member companies would be interested to hear from you about your plans for your agency and its work with other key
federal departments and agencies to strengthen our nation's energy security and increase domestic mining production and
processing.
Yes to Q&A if possible.
No press.
The full agenda for all days is below (not updated yet for the Administrator or Sen. Sheehy)

Hi Patrick,
What options do you have on April 15 for the Administrator to speak virtually?
With this now being a virtual event for the Administrator, how long would he be able to speak?
Will there be Q&A?
Do you have a final agenda yet?
Is this still the topic?
