Dear Mr. Wooten: I am writing to inform you that the Compliance Assurance and Enforcement Division of Region 6, United States Environmental Protection Agency ("EPA") inspection of the Port of Galveston on December 7, 2022, included a visit to your facility at 306 22P P nd Street., Pier 34 evaluating the potential for Resource Conservation and Recovery Act ("RCRA") violations. Based on the December 2022 inspections EPA has determined no further action is required. As part of the inspection process your facility was issued and EPA identification number, referred to as an EPA ID#. That number is TXR000071811. This number was assigned as a way to document the inspection and no future action determination.
