Merritt reported the minutes of the meeting* The minutes of our meeting of December 19 were read and approved* Mr* Gardiner explained that in the interests of economy we are arranging to combine our membership in the Pennsylvania Council of Painting and Decorating Contractors of America with that of the National Lead & Oil Company of Pittsburgh, so that our share of the dues will only be $25.00 instead of #50.00* We feel that we are justified in making this ehange because all other national concerns only have one membership in this Pennsylvania Council, regardless of how many branch offices they may operate in this state* The regular weekly figures of shipments were submitted* There bslng no further business, upon motion the meeting adjourned* Secretary.
