Delgado, 8/20/87, to review the questions/concerns outlined in the memo which was drafted from our 8/13/87 review meeting. Item Response 1.) The 10 year definition, in all cases, will mean 10 consecutive years of assignment to a Derivatives job or a shipping job with Derivatives products responsibilities. 2.) Covered employees will mean all employees who have been actually assigned to a Derivatives job or a shipping job with Derivatives products responsibilities. Does NOT include potential or overtime assignment. 3. ) Will be changed to be consistent with Derivatives assignment not VCM. 4. ) A.) This item is open. Pursuit of the question will be made after discussing with John Fike and Chuck Bellon. B.) Example B is the proper interpretation. The Doctor has the option/ responsibility to make judgement decisions based on all data and input available to him. If the situation(s) described in paragraph 3 occur, he (Doctor) is being counseled to give consideration to restriction. 5.) A.) An outline of the baseline monitoring was reviewed by J.C. which he found completely acceptable. B.) This item is Open. It will be followed with question 4.(A.).
