From the standpoint of the science, of course there is no issue. Since Mr. Feldman has requested my confirmation, Yes, "the end of June, 2008" is in fact the same as "the beginning of July, 2008." I also stated that we expect Dr. Wong to have the information he needs by the end of June, 2008. (" We expect that the migration of data to the designated third party will continue throughout the course of this next year (through June 2008). We anticipate that Dr. Wong at AHS will have the necessary study data by the end of June 2008.") My three years experience as Assistant Director of Clinical Research Coordination and Compliance of this study and knowledge of data transfer are the bases for my expectations. If you have any information that would indicate otherwise, or if you have some reason to believe that the migration of data cannot be accomplished as I have indicated, I would appreciate your forwarding that information to me as soon as possible. I do not understand your confusion regarding the end date, "June 30,2008", as proposed by the UCDHSC proposal and the equivalent time frame, "by July 2008", as included in the Cinpathogen Inc. proposal. (Your earlier email states: "1 understand that you expect that the migration of data to the designated third party will continue throughout the course of this next year (through June 2008). However, on May 11, Dr. Irons indicated that Cinpathogen would provide by July, 2008"). These dates are equivalent.
