The Center for a New American Security and Harvard Kennedy School's Beifer Center for Science and International Affairs invite you to a discussion on U.S.-Russian relations and ways to promote strategic stability in the face of new and disruptive technologies. The event will feature remarks from former Secretary of Defense William J. Perry.
