As you requested, we reviewed the job classifications by department of
Cleveland Casting Plant Employees and ccnpared them with occupational job stresses encountered. The stresses identified include:
Alcohols Armenia Asbestos Carbon Monoxide Chlorinated Solvents Chromium & Chromates
Dust, Smoke Formaldehyde Free Silica
Heat Isocyanates Ketones
Metal Oxides Noise Polynuclear Aromatics Styrene Triethylamine Vibration
Attached is a surrmary by plant department of our analysis.
The code is as follows:
A = Employees probably will never be exposed in excess of the action level (1/2 PEL).
B = Employees probably will be exposed only a limited nurrber of tines m excess of the action level.
C - Employees will consistently be exposed in excess of the action level and could be exposed at seme tines in excess of the PEL.
