Dear Mr. Parker, I am writing to inform you of the results of the Enforcement and Compliance Assurance Division in Region 6 of the United States Environmental Protection Agency ("EPA") investigation at the Ace Marine Services facility conducted on April 17, 2024, which included a visit at your facility located at 150 Marine St, Lake Charles, Louisiana. The investigation evaluated your facility's compliance under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act ("RCRA"). Based on the April 2024 investigation, EPA has determined no further action is required. As part of the inspection process, your facility was issued an EPA identification number, referred to as an EPA ID#. That number is LAR000102962. This number was assigned to document the inspection and no future action determination.
