This letter confirms the air sampling survey conducted at the above location. The initial data for the survey is given oh Fora #C-1>826 and the results of the analysis on Font #C-l5U:9.
The results of the analysis indicate that saxqple #921A is definately above the allowable lisits. Saaple #86A represents a marginal situation.
At the tine Saaple #921A was taken, the unit #2 Fiber Feed exper ienced mechanical diffitruly. The operator in correcting the sit uation, was forced to manually pull set asbestos fiber frcai the unit. This in part may explain the high results.
