I understand that the timing of the EPA employment depends primarily on the scheduling of the EPW hearings, which are not likely to happen much before mid September, after the congressional recess. So, I will let my university folks know that they have me for the balance of August and perhaps a week or 17cv1906 Sierra Club v. EPA ED_001523_00000462-00001 two in September. Please let me know if this changes, or if you need me to come in earlier. At this point, the university is giving me the month of August off to prepare for my hearings, so EPA does not have to worry about any kind of payment for this effort. As you may also already know (since my university is a public organization), my salary approximates a executive level III or about 170K per year. I am expecting at least this amount plus moving expenses to work in DC. However, I am also willing to consider an executive level I or perhaps level II position without moving expenses. I apologize that this effort was done in stages, but I did not have access to my paper files prior to leaving for an extended overseas business trip, and when I returned on Tuesday enhanced my report with these paper files as I sent yesterday. I have now had time to compare yesterday's file with our Conflict of Interest (COI) database and pick up several more trips. These addition trips are shown in the attached file as bold printed.
