Pruitt EPA Administrator Pruitt Speaker Request Form.pdf
Thanks for getting back to me so quickly, Hayley. Attached is the completed event request form for Administrator Pruitt. As it states on the application, we want you to know that we are open to finding a date for Admin. Pruitt virtually any Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday of March. Please let me know if there is any other information or materials you need!
Best, Peter

Hi Peter,
March 20th is currently held for an out of town event, but that could change. He is currently slated to be in town March 22 (but again, can always change!). If you just indicate on the form that you're flexible on date but if you'd like it to be during a specific range of dates, you can say that too.
Thanks!

In the past week, the Edison Electric Institute (EEI) gave us two specific dates to potentially host Administrator Pruitt: Tuesday March 20 or Thursday March 22 (3:00am-9:00am). I wanted to give you a heads up on these two dates prior to sending the completed application.
if for some reason you all know ahead of time that those dates would not work for Administrator Pruitt, I would he happy to circle back with EEI and plan more suitable dates.
Thank you again for all of your heip and look forward to hearing from you.
Best, Peter

Thank you for getting back to me so quickly and providing me with the speaking request document. CAGW has several ideas for the event location, but before we reach out, I wanted to ask you if the Administrator had a preference about appearing before an industry trade association (e.g. the Edison Electric Institute), Saw firm, or a non-industry related venue. If you have any questions reiated to this piease let me know. Thanks for your consideration and happy holidays!
