Following review of the data received and our conversation, EPA has determined that Servant is following the requirements of the RRP rule at this time and no further action is required. Please continue to comply with the LBP Disclosure Rule regulations and be aware that any future renovations in pre-1978 homes are subject to the RRP regulations and must be done in a manner compliant to the regulations.
