I t was decided to expand the c ont r o l o f di s p os a l of waste or scrap g a s k e t s from a l l p l a n t s in the U . S . to " s p e c i a l waste" which we can di spose of anywhere with s p e c i a l l y l a b e l e d bags of 5 mil p l a s t i c t h a t Purchasi ng i s now l o o k i n g i n t o . Europe i s f a c e d wi t h an e n t i r e l y d i f f e r e n t probl em in t h a t they now have an o u t s i d e agency ( i n t h i s case Sweden) sayi ng " st op" ( e f f e c t i v e J u l y 1, 1988).
