WHEELER SUBJECT: Proposed exposure of test program for acetylene-derived vinyl chloride monomer Gentlemen: In response to your request made at the sponsors' conference last April 20, I have determined that: (1) Industrial Bio-Test Laboratories do have chambers available to add either one or two additional levels of acetylene-derived monomer to the planned exposure series., (2) Each such additional test level, conducted in a manner strictly comparable to those planned for the full industry study, would be expected to cost $27,500 to $28,000.
