KEHOE FEBRUARY 23. 1931. __ A copy of your letter written to Mr. Robinson, dated February 25, 1931, giving a report on your insnection of the Tetra Ethyl Lead Plant at the Dye Works was forwarded to Mr. Stecker for his information and comments. I am enclosing, herewith, Mr. Stecker's reoly which v analyzes in detail your report and advises the action which is being taken to eliminate the unsatisfactory conditions which you ' have called to our attention. You will note that considerable attention has been given to the problem of eliminating lead in the air from all parts of the plant where operators are exposed. Decided progress has been made which is shown by the figures contained in report of Mr. E. W.
