Process Description: Hustler's Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/Hustlerdp/) describes the facility as an automotive repair shop. No further information was acquired during the inspection.
TOUR INFORMATION
EPA toured the facility: No
Observations: Hustler Diesel Performance (Hustler) shares a building with DS Auto Repair (DS Auto), an autobody repair shop. A receptionist at DS Auto informed us that Hustler's facility is located behind DS Auto, and a manager at DS Auto informed us that the owners of Hustler work full time jobs during the day and run the shop in the evening. The same manager showed us to the entrance of Hustler's shop and said that the door was locked and that the facility would be closed until the owners return in the afternoon, around 3:30pm.
Two Ford pickups located in the Hustler parking lot appeared to have aftermarket exhaust systems. The engine information was not retrievable, but the exhaust pipes downstream of the engine appeared to be straight pipes with no emission control device canisters.
