Among the additional changes are the following: 1. The list of required parameters to be reported on by 1 July 1971 has been modified. Applicants in critical industrial groups must report on those items in Table C except Ultimate B.O.D. and Dissolved Oxygen. In lieu of the deleted items, the applicants should report on Chemical Oxygen Demand and Kjeldahl Nitrogen. 2. Revised sheets for Section III of the Preliminary Instruction Booklet have been published. 3- Minor revisions have been made to ENG Pom 4345. 4. Major revisions have been made to ENG Form 4345-1.
