As you are aware, Tony Mallett will be leaving Shell to act as a private consultant. He will be staying until the end of November to help in the transition of his responsibilities to Bob Priston and Gauke Veenstra. Three things are required: Tony's PSA role needs to go to somebody. Secondly, I have attached a transition plan which we will adopt to work Tony out and phase into Gauke and Bob. Part of this requires us to present the 2001 PBU support to PBUs and I will SH ELL-MCCLU RG-060523 have to tell HODER and probably LO that there will be some reduction to accommodate take of Tony's work. Thirdly, the following allocations for PBU suport in our London group is: Gauke Veenstra: HODER SM/EB Aromatics David Owen: Hydrocarbon and Chemical solvents Bob Priston: EO/Glycols PO/urethanes LOlefins Oil Products (CONCAWE) Can you cascade this through the PS organisation? Call me if you need more details. * Ideally, Bob's PS role should also be transferred as he will be very loaded (certainly beyond CLP projections) with the addition of Tony's work.
