Hi Andrew,
I'm the Executive Scheduler for Administrator Pruitt. I wanted to thank you for inviting him to speak at your event next week, but unfortunately we couldn't make it work for the schedule. Please keep me informed for future events and opportunities, and I would be happy to try and make something work!
Thanks again!
Best, Maddy

Millan,
Hope you had a great Independence Day. Cam Savage indicated that you are the best person for me to follow up with regarding a scheduling request for Administrator Pruitt. I've attached the request form I attempted to submit on June 23. There are additional remarks in the body of the email but I believe all the required information is included in the officiai form. Thank you so much for taking a iook at this and letting me know if it may be possible to schedule.
Sincerely,
Jennifer L. Hallowell

Sydney,
Good afternoon! You may recall I was put in touch with you by Cam Savage. Our last request didn't work

out but I'm reaching out now in a different capacity.
I'm contacting you on behalf of The Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives with a request for Administrator Pruitt to speak to their annual convention in Nashville, Tennessee, July 16-18.
**(Fve included all the necessary details on the Scheduling Request Form attached to this email.)**
The Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives would like to invite the Administrator to speak and exchange ideas with Chamber of Commerce presidents who serve on the Board of Directors and Metro Cities Council during the ACCE annual convention. The 2017 Convention is being held at the Nashville Music City Center in downtown Nashville. It is expected to be the largest gathering of North American chambers of commerce in 20 years.
ACCE is the professional organization of chambers and their professional staffs. With a membership of more than 6,000 from more than 1,000 communities, the ACCE members reflect main street America, as well as metropolitan, regions and states. The collective memberships of ACCE's chambers exceeds 900,000 businesses, ranging from small retail shops to Fortune 100 companies. Because of the depth and breadth of its membership, few groups have a deeper insight into America's business communities and local economies than ACCE.
Within the ACCE, the Metro Cities Council subgroup has a membership limited to chief executives of chambers in cities with 500,000 or more in population. The Board of Directors, in turn, includes many of

these regional entities, but also true activists of all sizes in the chamber movement. Because of the stature of your office and the complex policies you are addressing, this combined audience of 75-100 influential leaders is ideal for delivering your messages and gamering insights from "the field." The 30-45 minute session will ensure an exceptional give-and-take for all parties.
We have four speaking time options for you and the Administrator to consider:
Sunday, July 16 between 3:30p and 5:30p Monday, July 17 between 9:30a and 11:00a OR between 2:00p and 4:00p (preferred) Tuesday, July 18 between 2:00p and 5:00p
We would propose that the Administrator give remarks for 1520 minutes and then take questions for another 20 minutes, but we are flexible.
If possible, we would appreciate a response prior to July 7 so that we may finalize our agenda.
Thank you so much for your consideration and for all you do on behalf America's people and businesses.
Sincerely,
Jennifer L. Hallowell
