In nr profound grief over Don's sudden, death on Dec enter 23, 19n7, I find I must report that the post-nartea examination revealed
that the cause of death was definitely of an occupational nature,
specifically asbestos infiltration.

Johnsnd and Dr. R. 3. Derifield, both of the Liesaba Clinic in Hib'oing,
linnesota.
In as much as I have been inforoed that the company is liable,
