Knock out tank work and VCM filter changing lead the list of known causes. Only one set of reactor condenser cleaning samples was obtained this month, with results of: Blanking - 1.1 ppm Brushing - 2.0 ppm The two samples were taken while an eductor was in use and may indicate it is insufficient to preclude the need for respiratory protection.
