Source #001,930 Work Order No. 2584, Job No. 20830 CORRECTION - it was previously reported that virtually no progress had been made on installation of dilution tank agitator seals because new parts had not been delivered. The parts had actually been received and stored. Installation was scheduled during the next shutdown of equipment. Maintenance Coordinator, E. D. Brown, reported that this work was presently in progress and should be completed in accordance with the plant's compliance schedule. 2. EPA was notified that installation of emission control equipment on Source #005 has been completed per the plant's complaince schedule (930 Work Order No. 2584, Job No. 20827 - modification of two stripping system pumps in vinyl chloride service per EPA recommendations.) 3. Fabrication of piping necessary for safety relief valve modification is progressing at the Maintenance shop. 4. Source #004, 930 Work Order No. 2589 Job No. 38127 - modification of compressors in vinyl chloride service at North Charleston Bulk Terminal (Tank car unloading facilities) per EPA reconvnendations. EPA will be notified that the project was completed in accordance with our compliance waiver/schedule. 5.
