The equipment is approximately 19 years old. Removal of the insulation is scheduled to start on March 23, 1987, with completion by June 30, 1987. Procedures to be employed in the handling and disposal of the asbestos material will conform to the requirements in 40 CFR 61.147 and 61.152.
