Dr. Robert A. Xehoe, Universitj' of Cincinnati, Cincinnati, Ohio* My Dear Doctor Kehoe:
I heard in a roundabout way that you were on the plant that Saturday but could get no confirmation untill the following Monday from Mr.Steoher. I understood that you were in very much of a rush so did not think it strange that I did not ace you.
I wish you had given me some idea in your letter as to your opinion of the conditions present in the Lead Ethyl area as you found them this time. Personally I cannot see where they could be improved upon. I am sure the men are showing the results of the change. Nearly every man has had a reduction in his stipple count and it has had a marked action on their mental attitude toward the operation. TTe have *nt a man on our list at present that is oausing us any concern.
When should we expect a report on the last samples sent for analysisT
Very truly yours.
