Any records, minutes or notes of these meetings/discussions. 3. Any briefings prepared for these meetings. 4. All correspondence exchanged since 1st December 2021 (including SMS & any other type of messages processed through phone apps - eg., WhatsApp, Signal, Telegram etc, recorded voice messages, emails, letters and attached documents) between the above DG ENV officials and representatives of individual companies (including lobby consultancies and law firms) and/or industry associations on the other hand.". Your application is currently being handled. However, we have not been able to complete the handling of your application within the time limit of 15 working days, expiring on 31/10/2022. An extended time limit is needed, as additional consultations need to be performed. Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working days in accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to documents.
