I have followed up on your request for a contact at the army corps of engineering (ace) but have been a little delayed as I am out of town for a funeral .
Ace civil works does not currently have a political appointee on board. The current senior official is Douglas Lamont, who is a career Ses. His scheduler is Regina who can be reached at 703-697-4672. I do. It have an email (yet).
I have been informed that the corps has an entire office at their engineering research development center that does invasive species work. They have been informed of your interest.
