Roy George and Dave Slota should constantly communicate and assist each other in completing their responsibilities. Dave Slota will be responsible for assuring that the analyses are completed by the prescribed methods of the Federal EPA. These procedures will be run as outlined in the memo from Roy Jackson to Harlan Jewett* outlining on a mimeographed sheet thq appropriate test procedure for each test item. A formal procedure for MVC in water should he written and submitted to State Em. Completion, of final plans will have to be submitted by May 1, 197*1 This twill be Roy George*s responsibility. sq Commencement of construction delineated in the final plans will have to (& start by July 1, 197k* Completion of construction and/or modifications will have to be completed by December 1, 1974.
