ATLANTIC BRANCH METAL DIVISION MOVES OFFICES The metal division of the Company's Atlantic Branch has occupied nev offices at the Company's Perth Aniboy, New Jersey,plant. The new offices will serve as sales administration headquarters for all metal products and Blatchford type metals for Connecticut, western Massachusetts, eastern New York, New Jersey, eastern Pennsylvania and Delaware. Formerly, the offices were located at 111 Broadway, New York. Sales offices of the Blatchford Base Department of the Atlantic Branch metal division have been established at 25 Lafayette Street, Brooklyn, New York.
LLOYD NAMED PLANT MANAGER AT HENDERSON Rex R. Lloyd has been named plant manager at the Henderson, Nevada,plant of Titanium Metals Corporation of America. Mr. Lloyd joined TMCA at Henderson in 195*4- as process superintendent. Previously, he had been in charge of the U. S. Bureau of Mines experimental station at Boulder City, Nevada, where the Kroll method for the manufacture of titanium metal was adapted to commercial production. The station's pilot plant produced the first titanium metal for military and commercial use. Mr. Lloyd was graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in chemical engineering.
MARKLE APPOINTED COMPTROLLER OF TITANIUM ALLOY MANUFACTURING DIVISION John G. Markle, Jr., has been named comptroller of Titanium Alloy
Manufacturing Division. Mr. Markle began his Company career in 1950 as a junior accountant for Titanium Alloy Manufacturing Division at Niagara Falls. In 1951 he was transferred to National Lead Company of Ohio as a senior accountant in the accounting division. Mr. Markle became office manager for the accounting department of the Titanium Division at New York in 1955. He returns to Niagara Falls in his new position. Mr. Markle was graduated from Niagara University.
DR. WILENTZ HONORED BY MEDICAL GROUP Dr. William C. Wilentz, Perth Aniboy plant physician, has been re-elected to the Board of Governors of the American Academy of Compensation Medicine. He will serve on the board until 1963-
