There will be no second hatch* 2. For those groups showing obvious effects from treatment. It Is not necessary to prolong the study until 100 eggs have been collected for incubation. 3. You may proceed with partial sacrifice end recovery studies for the remaining animals for all groups showing no effects and for which 100 eggs have been Incubated and with all groups show* ing effects regardless of the number of eggs which have been incubated. 4. Group composite egg samples are to bo collected during the recovery period. 5. At sacrifice you are to collect group composite samples oi liver, kidney, fat and muscle.
