Thank you so much for reaching out. I have spoken with Jonathan Miller from Volvo/ Mack Trucks (cc' d) and our counterparts at Daimler and we appreciate the opportunity to join the meetings.
All executives are available to meet with Administrator Pruitt the afternoon of September 201h_ The 1:00- 3:00 pm timeframe works well, but we can be flexible in the afternoon.

Hello all,
Cummins, Daimler, Mack Trucks and Volvo have all requested a meeting with Administrator Pruitt for the Sept. 19-21 timeframe to discuss the same issue of the heavy-duty truck emissions program. We would like to request to consolidate these meetings into one meeting. Cummins/Daimler requested Sept. 20 and Mack Trucks/Valvo requested Sept. 19 or 21. We could offer a meeting with Administrator Pruitt either Sept. 20 or 21 and we are flexible on timing.
Would your respective parties be ok with a joint meeting? And are either of you flexible to attend either 9/20 or 9/21? Please let me know what works for you and I will give you a final confirmation once I have that information.
