DiLiddo Steven Schaeffer Robert Sander Ron Taylor Chairman Vice Chairman Treasurer Secretary Although the by-laws prohibit the current chairman from succeeding himself for a second two-year term, we are proposing that these be amended, on a one-time basis only, to permit renomination of Bart DiLiddo. This recommendation is in consideration of the outstanding service given by the founder and current chairman. While other qualified candidates were considered, the committee felt that a second term was warranted to maintain continuity and momentum. The Vinyl Institute continues to face a number of difficult issues and the committee believes the proposed officer slate can best meet the challenge.
