Coworker testimony led to location of comp claim records for Henry C. Moore, who received a Findings and Award on claim 68064 in 1940 for asbestosis from WA. Moore's widow in Alaska will be deposed to authenticate her documentation, which was in efect accepted in the Jarrett case. Full documentation shows the award was for total disability. There were also a number of other comp claims for asbestosis involving WA starting in 1956 with Swartout.
