INCUBANON:
Testculturesof 50 ml were incubatedin 100 ml flat-bottomedflaskson an orbitalshaker,3 replicatefsoreach concentration.Test cultureswere inoculatedtoabout 2000 cells/mlfrom an exponentiallgyrowing inoculum culture. The testwas run under continuouslight(> 50 PEIM2.sek)from fluorescent-,tubesof universalnaturalwhite type,ata temperatureof 20:t 2*C.
The testwas run forabout 72 hours,and subsamples of5 ml were taken from thetestflaskseach day forgrowth measurements. Algal growth was measured by fluorescence.pH measurements were performed as indicatedon datasheet.
