Dear Terry:
You will find attached a copy of the findings from the SHARE inspection held July 29, 1987. Thank you for the cooperation of your staff and hourly folke in making the audit meaningful.
The program goals are that the following items be satisfied by your department:
1. All deficiencies must be addressed within ninety (90) days of the inspection; and
2. An update is sent to the SHARE coordinator and your APM each thirty (30) days after the inspection until completion. You can use a copy of this report and the spaces below in summarizing your completion progress.
I trust that you will find this program worth supporting to continue to maintain and improve our plant facilities and safety. If you have any questions or need help in understanding the requirements/specifications contained within, please contact me at your earliest convenience.
