She asked- the Receptionist to notify E. Lombard in the Division Safety office. Mr. Lombard went to the lobby and met Mr. Rudolph Zolicr, who identified himself as a Compliance Officer of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, U.D. Department of Labor, showing his identification card. He introduced his assistant aa ,'oha Vukovich, who had no credentials.
