This is just a short note to let you know that we will be sending you some impact retention data late next week. Anil Ooshi, a member of our staff, will send this information to you in the form of graphs depicting impact retention versus months on the test decks.
I am supplying two sets of data; set #1 shows impact retention of the new Bird powder formulations at three test deck locations. East Walpole, Mass., Bardstown, Ky., and Shreveport, La. Per our discussion several weeks ago, you will code this information so that we are not identified by the rest of the Division. Set #2 gives impact retention data concerning competitive vinyl siding along with Bird siding sampled in the spring of 1976. In this case, the retention data is being supplied for Shreveport, La., test decks only. Since this data is already coded, you can supply copies of these graphs to the members of the committee.
