Henrich has been elected executive vice president and general counsel of National Lead Company, it was announced today by Joseph A. Martino, chairman of the board. Thomas P. Mesick was appointed secretary succeeding Mr.Henrich, and Edward F. Beale was named assistant to the president. Mr. Henrich began his company career in 1935 as a member of the patent department. He was named assistant secretary of the company in 19^3 and secretary in 1948. In i960 he was elected a member of the Board of Directors and member of the Executive Committee. He is chairman of National Lead Company's pension and life insurance board, and of the administrative committee of the employees* profitsharing plan. Mr. Henrich is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, New York State Bar Association, American Bar Association, and has been admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States. He was named assistant secretary of the company in 1961. He is a graduate of Fordham University, Fordham Law School and a member of the New York County Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association. Mr. Beale joined National Lead Company in 1958 as a member of the executive office. Prior to joining the company he was financial vice president of Pennsalt Chemicals Corporation.
