Vilson reported the minutes of the meeting. The minutes of the meeting of November 8, were read and approved. Mr. Beeves reported the following comparative figure* for the first ton months of 1942 and 1943* including estimated taxes hut without including Mew fork overhead! October First tea month* 1943 - profit $22,319.44 1943 - profit $221,714.03 1942 - profit 13,824.66 1942 - profit 168,732.80 On a motion made by Mr. A. M. Vilson, and seconded by Mr* . F. Beale, it was unanimously RESOLVED that following a long established custom, we will continue to give a small cash Christmas present to all of our office employees and to certain others outside of the company who render services to the company throughout the year, each as postmsn, slevator men in the Wldener Building, etc., at a total estimated eost of $1,000.00.
