("XTO") entered into an Administrative Compliance Order on Consent ("AOC"), Docket No. CAA-06-2021-3324, with the United States Environmental Protection Agency ("EPA") to resolve certain alleged violations of the New Mexico Administrative Code, which had been adopted into the New Mexico State Implementation Plan. Pursuant to the AOC, XTO agreed to specific requirements as outlined in paragraph 27 to be completed within six months of the AOC Effective Date (i.e., no later than November 23, 2021).
