Engineering controls are to be used to reduce employees1 exposure to asbestos fibers st the mixing operation in the Hatsehelc Beater Room. The controls will consist of local exhaust systems at each source of airborne fiber, with the exhausted air to be cleaned by means of a eyeIona and bag collector before it la discharged to atmosphere. The aystens shall be designed, constructed, installed,' end maintained in accordance with the American national Standard Fundamentals Governing the Design and Operation of Local Exhaust Systems, ANSI 29.2*1971.
