Two names: Wayne Nastri is a former Reg. 9 RA and was very highly regarded by both agency staff and the contractor community. Brian Runkel was Executive Director of the California Environmental Business Council and a well-respected environmental consultant. According to our folks in CA, both are competent and well respected.
