Hello Hannah and Melissa, As the Secretary's office continues its review of grant awards, we request a status update on an award in Ranking Member Larsen's district. Skagit Transit received a $19.5 million RAISE (BUILD) Grant award from the first round of FY 2025. Our understanding is that there have been several attempts from the awardee to engage with DOT on this award and move quickly to sign an agreement, but they have received no follow up communication from the Department. Please provide a status update on this award, any actions by DOT to move forward with a grant agreement, and where it stands in DOT's review process queue. Thank you for your help!
