The last recordable injury for the Texas City Plant (number 6) was dis cussed. The investigation is in progress. Harry Conrad discussed the Hourly Safety Committee Meeting. Conrad also reported on the PMSB Meeting. SHAC is being asked to consult on a revised locking procedure. The "Holeman Responsibilities" will be issued next week. ) Bob Hammann discussed the OSHA inspection and follow-up with the OSHA inspector. Bill Latimer discussed the results of the sample bottle disposal problem. In general, no apparent problems exist, but a SHAC Alert will be issued as a reminder.
