I've been told that the Consent: Order fori cbi /Ex. 4]has been sent for final signature. We have a customer that would like to begin commercialization but we cannot move forward with this project until we receive and sign off on the order. Can this be expedited in any way?

Dan, I have made the corrections to the preamble of the Order as required by OPPT senior management for all consent orders. The Order is now in the signature loop with senior management. It should be signed soon. Senior management is aware of the company's urgency of getting the Orders signed.

Yes. The Order has continued in the signature loop to upper management and should be with the OCSPP office to be signed soon. I have inquired about the status of the Order with my Office contact in upper management. Based on the your last recent Order, I was too optimistic about this one.
