To this point I have received comments and some suggestions from W.C. Holbrook and John Barr has sent me papers on hazard evalua tion and risk assessment and on safety and environmental concerns. Inasmuch as most of the copy recipients will be in Washington on March 5 for the Vinyl Institute Executive Board Meeting, I would like to have a short meeting following the conclusion of the Board Meeting to discuss the format, content and development of such a "Response Document".
