Referring to your license under Patent No. 1,972,500, this will constitute your authority to manufacture and sell products, primarily for pur poses other than heat insulation, which you have developed, or may hereafter develop, using asbestos paper, corrugated, and/or flat, and/or indented, but not embodying the Invention of the Toohey Patent, and that your manufacture, use and sale of such other products shall not be construed as a violation of the license or give me any right under section 20 to terminate your license, and such products shall be exempt from restrictions as to selling price, terms and conditions of sale, and payment of royalties.
